Postage & Packing

♦For t-shirts, scarves etc. p&p is £3.50 per transaction.

♦Weekend bags are £4.95 for one and £9.50 for two or more.

♦Delivery is normally 3-8 working days on in-stock goods.

♦We will advise delivery on out of stock items by e-mail.

Returns

♦No need to contact us.Just fill in the returns form provided and use address sticker to post it back to us.

♦If there are problems with any items in your order please e-mail us at ’customerservices@ntnoxford.co.uk’ with the word ’problem’ and your ’order number’ in the subject box.

♦Please get a ’proof of postage’ form from the post office to insure your parcel in case it gets lost.

♦We will exchange or refund, as required, up to 28 days after dispatch.

♦For a refund please be sure to include your order number and world pay transaction number.

♦Postage will be refunded for faulty items only.
